I called Ms. Pagano re the possibility of an insurance claim for a close relative of mine in the Philadelphia area. He had suffered heavy smoke damage in his condo and nearly lost his life trying to get out. Ms. Pagano asked a lot of questions and offered to make an informal inquiry of the insurance company.
