Marlo Pagano-Kelleher is the founding member of The Pagano Law Firm and a trusted advocate for individuals and businesses throughout the Main Line, Radnor, Villanova, Philadelphia, and the Greater Philadelphia region. Known for her tenacity, preparation, and client-centered approach, Marlo represents individuals who have been seriously injured in slip-and-fall accidents, motor-vehicle collisions, dog bites, victims of nursing-home abuse and neglect, negligent security incidents, and other premises-liability matters.

In addition to her personal-injury practice, Marlo brings sophisticated experience to commercial and business litigation, advising and representing clients in a wide range of contract disputes. Her work includes residential and commercial contract disputes, business contract and breach of contract disputes, counseling on employment agreements, nondisclosure agreements (NDAs), non-compete clauses, and severance agreements—always with an eye toward practical solutions and long-term protection of her clients’ interests. Whether you are being accused of breaching a contract or someone has failed to provide you with the goods and services you contracted for, Marlo can assist you through the process to get a just result.

Before founding her firm, Marlo practiced in the commercial litigation department at Cozen O’Connor, where she honed the strategic and analytical skills that now define her practice. She is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is an active member of the American, Pennsylvania, Delaware County, and Philadelphia County Bar Associations.

Marlo also serves as an adjunct professor at Widener University Delaware Law School, where she teaches Pretrial Litigation to third-year law students, mentoring the next generation of trial advocates.

She lives in Villanova with her husband, two children, and two dogs. Outside the office, Marlo proudly embraces her role as a soccer and lacrosse mom, spending much of her free time on the sidelines cheering her kids on.
