Marlo Pagano-Kelleher is the sole founding member of The Pagano Law Firm, LLC. She has extensive knowledge in the area of business litigation but extends her practice to all areas of general law and litigation including, employment law and separations, breach of contracts, trademark prosecutions, claims of infringement and entitlement disputes, small debt recovery, and personal injury matters. In addition, Marlo counsels and advises clients with regard to the day-to-day operation of their businesses and personal affairs. Marlo is a 1999 magna cum laude graduate of the Widener University School of Law, Delaware Campus, where she served as the Internal Managing Editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. While a student at Widener, she was hired as a summer associate by the law firm of Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia. This experience led to a full-time position upon graduation, where Marlo continued her practice and enjoyed great accolades, rising to the level of Member in just a few years. Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Marlo is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Delaware County and Philadelphia County Bar Associations. Prior to going to law school, Marlo received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Marlo also completed post graduate course work at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Marlo lives in Delaware County with her husband and two children. During her free time, Marlo enjoys playing golf, although she admits she could use a few lessons. Marlo also enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
